We lend to SMEs across the UK with a personal but straightforward service that cuts to the chase. We offer:

We typically fund equipment purchases for small businesses via either lease or hire purchase agreements. And we can also support businesses by providing business loans.

We’re transparent about our commission rates and what we offer. We work on the basis that ‘we’re all in this together’ and if you don’t have your own loan book, we’ll look to refer you to our wholesale arm.

Unlike many of our competitors, we don’t chase sales targets or work within contrived parameters. So, when we agree to support and work with you, it’s because we want to continue working with you for the long-term. We build relationships that last.

Our products

Finance lease

A finance lease is a method of financing assets where they remain the property of the finance company (Lessor) that hires them and the customer (Lessee) pays for the hire of the asset(s).

Commercial loans

Our commercial loan product can be used for any reasonable rationale except cash flow. The structure of the loan is very simple with the full amount being advanced and the fixed payments being taken in arrears

Hire purchase

Our hire purchase agreement is a type of asset finance whereby the customer takes ownership of the asset via regular, fixed regular payments and a nominal ‘option to purchase’ fee at the end of the agreements.
